We are pleased to offer you our Williamsburg Cottage Kit Home at a price and quality we are proud to offer. There are 3 floor plan options which can be put on your foundation or slab. If these aren't quite what you had in mind, let us know. We would be happy to work with you on a more customized design.

The cottage would be delivered to you in kit form. What does that mean? All framing material and side walls(in panel form) will be delivered by the panel home company we have partnered with, along with your windows, doors and stairs. Tallon Lumber will deliver the cedar clapboards, shingles and exterior trim package all primed in Tallon's Williamsburg White.

Who puts it together? We can, your contractor can or you can. It's up to you. We provide a full set of plans with every package. The interior is completely unfinished, just waiting for your personal touch. We would be happy to discuss the many options we can provide including exposed ceiling timbers, wood flooring, paneling and mouldings. The model we have on premises has many of these items so come in and refresh your memory of the Cottage. The nicest things really do come in small packages.

Includes exterior package w/walls, siding, shingles, trim, windows, and doors to look like model building shown on drawings. All sill material, beams and columns necessary with full foundation. Interior walls and staircase will be framed only as specified on drawings.
